Chef Rey's Catering is a private and contracted catering service managed by Chef Reynold Fernandes who has a culinary degree from FCI and Carnival College. He worked as one of the chefs at The Fariyas Resort (5-star hotel) in India for 5 years. Chef Rey then pursued his career as a COMMI-II executive at Hotel Executive Ashoka (registered with the ITDC) for 5 years.
After a successful career in India, Chef Rey joined the Carnival Cruise Lines as a Chef de Partie (CDP) travelling the world and satisfying taste buds for the next 5 years. During his career the chef has met inspirations like Astronaut Rakesh Sharma, cricketers, superstars and dignitaries like Martin Sheen, Kathie Lee Gifford, Amitabh Bachan and Anupam Kher amongst a few.
With his creative culinary skills and professional experience, Chef Rey pioneered the Reynold's at Bryant's Restaurant for two years and the Chelsea Grill in Oakmont in succession. Following a successful catering career for the next 8 years, the Chef has now ventured into making his dream a reality by starting his own catering service that provides quality cuisine at an affordable price.
