 Chef Rey and his team were, hands-down, one of the best decisions we made at our wedding. My husband is a chef and REALLY cared about the quality of the food, as well as the dishes that were served. From the moment I spoke with Chef Rey and Vikki, they assured me that they would be able to make my husband’s vision come to life, from preparing a brand new lamb dish (we were the first couple to ever request lamb, so this was a new dish for them!) to making amazing appetizers. At the tasting, which they graciously did for us on a Sunday since we were from out of town, we knew from the very first bite that they would be our caterer. From that day forward, Chef Rey and Vikki have been an absolute delight to work with, using their experience and expertise to help us plan. Vikki captured all things logistical and was so detail-oriented, going over every part of the reception with us to ensure we had the perfect day. They even accommodated last minute details – surprising my brother and grandpa with a special milkshake, bringing out my husband’s surprise groom’s cake, and even making more cookies for our cookie table. Chef Rey is a blessing – he is both an artist with food and an incredibly kind-hearted person, which made working with him so joyous. The day of went perfectly, and the guests raved afterwards about the food and how delicious it was. We were so grateful to have Chef Rey’s Catering there because we felt like they were celebrating with us as friends, not just as our vendors. The catering was fantastic! From the first time I met the staff at the tasting and tried the food, I knew I picked the perfect caterer. Chef Rey did an amazing job. Everyone absolutely loved the food and told us throughout the night how good it was. It was truly delicious. We were able to have amazing food on our budget. Vicky did a great job making sure my venue looked perfect. They made this whole process so simple and easy for me. I did not have to worry about a thing. They were such an important part of what helped make my wedding reception perfect. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

As I'm sure you know, bride and grooms don't get a whole lot of time to actually sit down and enjoy their meal. But the food I did get to taste was amazing and we heard all positive feedback from the guests. Everyone said how tender and delicious the meat was. Everything went off perfectly that night. I loved how we got our apps and meals plated to the table and didn't have to go through the buffet line, We received nothing but positive feedback and if we ever need a caterer again we will be sure to contact you and recommend you! :) Thanks again for everything!

 The Chef Rey and the manager, Vikki were so helpful and full of ideas. We sat around and discussed the wedding like a group of old friends. Needless to say, the actual event was perfect. The staff showed up and were so helpful with everything and they did a superb job of cleaning up. My husband's cousins are still talking about how delicious the ham was! The venue (Renshaw Farms) lost power and had generators to overcome the power loss problem. They had heat and lights and the DJ was able to play the entire time with no problems. Chef Rey's catering cooks half a mile down from Renshaw Farms and they had no power. Luckily they had gas stoves and were still keen to cook everything perfectly. The food was amazing. And Rey & his staff were so friendly and helpful the whole night. I would not recommend anyone else. Chef Rey's Catering was absolutely the best! If you're planning a wedding, or any event, GIVE THEM A CALL! YOU WON'T REGRET IT! -Michelle P

My fiance & I could not be any happier to have chosen Chef Rey's Catering for our upcoming wedding. We had a free food tasting where we were able to bring our parents. He prepared full size portions of the food we wanted to try (there was so much food!). He & Vikki then took the time to discuss the details of our reception. Chef Rey, you and  the staff was simply amazing. As always all of you made us feel very at ease with the food for the evening. Since Chevy Rey has done my wedding in 2017, I knew exactly what to expect.. Even if he hadn't, my niece could tell at the tasting, he knew his stuff and they had nothing to worry about. We continue to reminisce on how awesome our day was. And we cannot say enough good things about our Chef Rey experience. From all of the food tastings (due to all of our indecisiveness!) to the final planning to the actual wedding — it was just fantastic and EASY. We felt like you guys had it all covered, and that there was nothing to worry about going into the weekend. Relieving us of that burden meant a LOT, as we got to truly enjoy every bit of the celebrations, and we thank you for that! The food was as delicious as we thought it would be ;) So many of our friends and family spoke highly of it, and they also spoke highly of the stations set-up.  If we could go back and do it again, we wouldn’t change a thing!!
